Dematic Notting Hill is seeking a Control Systems Support Engineer to deliver advanced diagnostics, PLC programming, and commissioning for automated material handling systems. You will support customers, develop functional specs, and contribute to continuous improvement across multiple sites.

The role requires Siemens S7 PLC knowledge, experience with ICONICS/WINCC, and willingness to travel interstate and overseas. Hybrid work arrangement and strong team support are provided.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in engineering or science or electrical trade with tertiary qualifications.
• Knowledge of PLC configuration, programming and commissioning (Siemens S7 preferred).
• Knowledge of SCADA applications like ICONICS, CITEC and WINCC.
• Experience with materials handling system controls such as conveyors and sortation is desirable.
• Ability to travel interstate, regional areas and overseas.

Aufgaben

• Provide second level technical support to maintenance teams.
• Participate in on-call after-hours support roster.
• Develop and implement functional specifications.
• Prepare PLC programs and configure SCADA/HMI equipment.
• Test and commission systems on site and provide client reports.
• Train client personnel and provide ongoing customer support.
