Borg is seeking an experienced software engineer to design and implement AI-driven solutions across classification, extraction, routing and decision support. You will build AI agents, orchestrate flows with Azure AI tools, and develop robust software in C#/.NET, Python and SQL.

In this role you will connect enterprise systems via APIs, create Power BI dashboards, and support production deployments. Collaboration with business and IT teams is essential to delivering scalable, reliable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in IT, Computer Science, Software Development or related field, or equivalent demonstrated experience.
• Hands-on software development across full lifecycle.
• Experience with C#/.NET and SQL, plus exposure to Python, Node.js, React, Next.js or PHP/Laravel.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure and Power Platform (Power Automate, Logic Apps, Power Apps, Dataverse, SharePoint).
• Understanding of APIs, system integration, databases, CI/CD, logging and monitoring.
• Exposure to Azure AI services, Azure AI Foundry, RAG, AI agents or document understanding is highly regarded.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

About you
