Job summary

Honda is offering an apprenticeship for a Service Technician/Mechanic with comprehensive training at our facilities. You will engage in hands-on vehicle diagnostics, servicing, and inspections across traditional, hybrid, and electronic engines, gaining brand certifications and real-world experience.

Successful apprentices travel to the Honda Institute for specialised training, supported by a dedicated mentor.

Qualifications

• Willingness to travel to Honda Institute for apprenticeship training.
• Commitment to completing the Level 2 Autocare Technician apprenticeship.
• Participation in safety and first aid trainings.

Responsibilities

• Use of diagnostic equipment to identify vehicle faults.
• Testing of parts and systems to ensure correct working.
• Following checklists to ensure all critical parts of vehicles are examined.
• Carrying out bumper to bumper overview, service, and inspection.
• Maintenance of electronic systems including on-board entertainment systems.
• Completion of legible and accurate paperwork for the customers and centres records.
• Maintenance of a clean and tidy work environment.
