Repco in Australia is seeking a Retail Assistant with a friendly personality and a passion for helping customers find exactly what they need. You will be the welcoming face in-store, delivering great service across in-person, phone, and online channels.

Role involves stock processing, ensuring showroom standards, and contributing to a positive team culture. No automotive experience required; training provided to get you up to speed.

Responsabilités

• Ensure customers have a great shopping experience in person, over the phone, and online.
• Maintain showroom presentation and merchandising standards.
• Process stock: receive, dispatch and store stock.
• Be a cooperative and supportive team member and contribute to a positive culture.
• Assist with stock handling, including lifting, bending and putting away stock.
• Provide genuine service and create moments that matter for customers.
