Job summary

Yancoal Australia is seeking Auto Electrical, Electrical and Mechanical Technicians to join the Moolarben operation in the Mudgee region. Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, you will safely perform maintenance tasks on mobile plant, including diagnostic work and AC drive truck maintenance.

The role requires a strong commitment to safety, teamwork, and willingness to work shift rosters including night shifts on a large mining site.

Qualifications

• Safety-oriented attitude with a strong commitment to safe work practices.
• Electrical Trade Qualification required.
• Ability to work well in a multi-skilled team environment.
• Willingness to work rosters including night shifts.
• Experience in heavy mobile equipment maintenance is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance tasks on mobile plant including diagnostics.
• Carry out AC drive truck maintenance and field servicing.
• Conduct general servicing and preventive maintenance.
• Adhere to safety and quality standards on site.
• Collaborate with maintenance team to complete tasks efficiently.
