Chandler Macleod is seeking qualified Auto Electricians for their Pilbara operations in Australia. This role involves performing maintenance across a fleet of heavy mobile equipment, ensuring safety and efficiency during operations. Candidates should have an Australian Auto Electrical Trade Qualification and experience with heavy machinery. This position offers a family-friendly roster, allowing you to contribute to a progressive workplace in mining.

• An Australian C class manual Drivers’ Licence.
• Ability to pass a Rio Tinto induction.

About the role

We are looking for qualified Auto Electricians to join our safety focused and dynamic teams across our Pilbara operations to perform planned, preventative and breakdown maintenance across our extensive fleet of heavy mobile equipment. This is a great opportunity for highly motivated tradespersons who are looking for a long‑term career in mining. Based at Gudai Darri The roster will be 8 days on, 6 days off – 7 nights on, 7 nights off shift roster from Perth.

About you

• A commitment to the safety of yourself and your team, coupled with respect for others and an all‑inclusive mindset
• Experience working on all HME Digger, Dozers, Dump trucks, Graders, Drills
• An Australian Auto Electrical Trade Qualification
• Experience working on Heavy Mobile Equipment
• Excellent diagnostic and fault‑finding ability
• An Australian C class manual Drivers’ Licence
