Job summary

MRT is seeking a skilled 4WD Fitter to align with our premium vehicle canopies, trays and 4WD accessories. You will fit MRT products onto customer vehicles, including trays, drawers, windows and keyless entry systems from MRT’s own factory, with potential sponsorship for visa holders.

Ideal candidates have experience in vehicle accessory fitting and automotive installations, with forklift licensing and a safety-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• Experienced in vehicle accessory fitting and automotive installations.
• Forklift license is required; forklift training can be arranged if needed.
• OBD experience is a bonus.
• Auto-electrical experience is preferred but not essential.
• Strong attention to detail and safety are important.

Responsibilities

• Fit accessories onto customer vehicles as primary responsibility.
• Remove and replace vehicle parts and perform fitment of MRT accessories.
• Assemble and install MRT canopies, trays and related accessories.
• Work across various vehicle models and latest makes/models.

We are seeking anexperienced 4WD Fitterwho has agood knowledge of 4x4 accessories, (auto-electrics / OBD experiencewould be an extra bonus), and a passion for delivering quality product.

This role is ideal suited to someone already working in the automotive aftermarket / 4WD accessories industry who is looking to bring their fitting skills into a highly respected business with exciting growth plans.

The Role

Your primary responsibility is the fitment of our products onto customer vehicles.

• Removing & Replacing Vehicle parts, preparation, and fitment of accessories (often on brand new vehicles)
• Fitting of trays, drawer modules, windows, and keyless entry systems sourced from MRT's own factory (made exclusively for MRT branches)
• Assembly and installation of MRT's Canopies,Trayand Accessories
• Suitable Visa holders seeking sponsorship considered

Experience Required:

• Experienced in vehicle accessory fitting and automotive installations (if you have electrical / OBD experience that's a bonus).
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety.
• Forklift and Driver’s License (required) - (if no Forklift license, we can arrange it for you)
• Bonus if you have auto-electrical experience (not essential but preferred)
