Cotton On Group’s Typo Australia division in VIC is seeking a Store Visual Merchandising Manager to lead our Australia VM Field team and deliver world-class store experiences nationwide.

Reporting to the Country Brand Manager, you will own Store Visual Standards and VM Execution for the Australian market, build capability, drive customer excellence, and partner with key stakeholders to deliver brand initiatives across the Group.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire the Australia VM Field team to deliver world-class store experiences for customers and drive business performance across the country.
• Responsible for Store Visual Standards and VM Execution for the Australian market.
• Build and drive a culture of purpose-driven leadership.
• Lead and develop capability within teams to enable performance and future succession.
• Embed customer excellence through elevated store experiences and operational excellence.
• Collaborate across the business to maximise sales and implement brand initiatives.
