Aussie Store Brokers in regional Australia are hiring to help Australians find, buy and own homes with confidence. You will manage walk-ins, online leads and in-store appointments with high-intent customers, and contribute to local area marketing.

You’ll guide customers through the home loan journey from search to settlement, and leverage our expanded offering to earn referral income from buyer’s agents and conveyancing, supported by award-winning tech and a broker-focused academy.

Qualifications

• Cert IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking (or willingness to obtain one before you start—we’ll support you)
• Background in sales or customer service roles
• Drive and determination to contribute to the growth of your retail store
• A passion for helping customers achieve their homeownership dreams
• Unrestricted Australian working rights
