Job summary

BDO offers an Audit Industrial Placement designed to turn university learning into real client work. You will gain hands-on Audit experience, supported by mentors as you take on increasing responsibility.

The year begins with an induction and can progress toward the Graduate Programme, including three professional exams and six months of practical work with the relevant Professional Body. Join us at Ipswich or other hubs; relocation is not provided, and in-office and client work will help you

Qualifications

• Student in second year of a four-year undergrad degree seeking a third-year work placement.
• On track for a minimum 2:2 degree in any discipline.
• Three A-levels or equivalent at grades A*-C.
• GCSEs in Maths and English at grade 4+.
• Right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on Audit experience with clients.
• Sit three professional exams during the placement.
• Log six months of practical work experience with the Professional Body.
• Return to the Graduate programme and complete remaining exams.

Education

Second-year student on a four-year undergraduate degree
