Job summary

An independent audiology practice in Brisbane is seeking an experienced Audiologist. This role allows you to genuinely assist clients in improving their cognitive health through education and care. You will have opportunities for public speaking at seminars and other events, alongside a flexible work schedule of 4–5 days per week. The compensation package includes a base salary of $100K plus performance-based bonuses, contributing to an On-target earnings (OTE) of $200K. This position emphasizes patient-first values and community connection.

About the Role

• Primary Location: Far South Brisbane
• Work Days: 4–5 days per week (flexible)
• Occasional Travel: Optional opportunities in Sydney, Brisbane and Melbourne (fully supported).
• Public Speaking & Education: Be part of seminars, podcasts, and in‑person events where trust‑based relationships begin.

The Package

• Base Salary:$100K + Super (Pro Rata if less than full time)
• Bonus: Sliding scale based on performance OTE of $200K + (including base)

About You

• 2+ Years Experience in audiology
• Hold (or eligible for) a provider number for government‑funded care
• Confident communicator with an interest in client education, and building long‑term relationships
• Passionate about working in a values‑led, patient‑first environment
