Village Roadshow Ltd is seeking an Attraction Attendant at Movie World on the Gold Coast. You will greet guests, check heights, provide ride information, and help run attractions safely and smoothly.

The role emphasizes a guest-first mindset, confident communication, and a bright, energetic personality. Part-time positions with fixed-term terms and ongoing casual options are available.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or over.
• Blue Card is essential (cost $108.30).
• Guest-first mindset with strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Confident public speaking and communication skills.
• Bright, enthusiastic, and outgoing personality with high presentation standards.
• Flexibility to work on weekends, school holidays and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, check heights, and provide clear information at rides, attractions, and shows.
• Operate rides and attractions in line with procedures and learn the technical components to ensure safety.
• Deliver memorable guest interactions and present scripted experiences that bring attractions to life.
• Be adaptable and work across attractions to ensure a memorable guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Be the friendly face – greet guests, check heights, and provide clear information at our rides, attractions, and shows.
• Keep the fun safe – operate rides and attractions in line with procedures, learn the technical components required to run them, and ensure every experience is safe and enjoyable.
• Bring the excitement - Deliver memorable guest interactions and confidently present scripted experiences that make our attractions come alive.
• Be adaptable – work across a variety of attractions and help every guest have a memorable experience.

What We’re Looking For
