An exciting opportunity exists for an enthusiastic Athletic Performance Manager to join our vibrant School.

This is a full-time fixed term position for 2026.

This position will require the flexibility to work the hours necessary to deliver the Athlete Development Program, the Perth College Swim Academy, and elements of the Sports Development and Performance Program, which could include before-school, after-school, and occasional weekend activities.

The primary purpose of this role is to provide comprehensive support for student-athletes and targeted sports programs. This will include designing and implementing evidence-based high-performance strength and conditioning programs customised for female student-athletes selected in the School’s Athlete Development Program and liaising with stakeholders to ensure our student athletes are performing to the best of their abilities.
