You will lead a range of waterway projects including fishways, flood mitigation and regulating structures, while managing design tasks and collaborating with multiple disciplines across the ANZ region. You will mentor junior staff, drive project management activities and ensure outcomes align with Jacobs and industry best practices.

Qualifications

• Strong technical knowledge in civil design applied to waterways.
• Extensive knowledge of Australian legislation, standards and guidelines.
• Experience bidding, winning and delivering water resources projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead civil/waterways engineering design work and supervise small teams.
• Perform design using a variety of software packages.
• Provide design support to other disciplines and to infrastructure projects.
• Prepare proposals and bid documents.
• Engage with clients, regulators and stakeholders; mentor junior staff.
