Job summary

Kenbury is seeking high-calibre corporate advisory professionals at Associate to Vice President levels, with exposure to significant M&A and strategic advisory transactions across General Industrials and Financial Institutions, working closely with senior bankers and leading clients.

Qualifications

Associate to Vice President – Corporate Advisory

Kenbury is working with leading independent advisory firms and global investment banks seeking high-quality corporate advisory professionals at the Associate, Senior Associate and Vice President levels.

These opportunities provide exposure to significant M&A and strategic advisory transactions across General Industrials and Financial Institutions, working closely with senior bankers and leading corporate, private equity and institutional clients.

Depending on experience, responsibilities will include:

• Executing buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions
• Preparing financial models, valuation analysis and transaction materials
• Managing due diligence and broader transaction workstreams
• Building relationships with corporate and private equity clients
• Supervising and developing junior team members
• Supporting senior bankers with origination and business development

Candidates will ideally have:

• Approximately three to ten years’ relevant experience
• Experience within investment banking, independent corporate advisory or Big Four corporate finance
• Strong M&A execution, financial modelling and valuation skills
• Exposure to General Industrials, FIG or broader generalist coverage
• Strong communication, commercial judgement and client-management capabilities
