The Service & Repair team delivers service, maintenance, and repair support across a diverse portfolio of Surgical and Cardiac capital equipment used in hospital and clinical environments. This includes high-speed drills, Electrosurgical Units (ESUs), Cardiac surgery equipment, and other capital medical devices. The team plays an important role in helping ensure equipment reliability, safety, and performance, directly supporting healthcare professionals and patient care.
This role is based in Horsley Park, Sydney, Australia, and is primarily onsite. It also offers the opportunity to travel regularly to customer sites, hospitals, and healthcare facilities within the assigned territory to provide hands‑on service, maintenance, and repair support.
Reporting to the Technical Services Manager, the Associate Technical Services Specialist provides technical service and repair support for surgical and cardiac capital equipment. The role is responsible for maintaining equipment performance through preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, installations, and customer technical support while ensuring compliance with quality and regulatory requirements.
