Title : Associate Talent Manager

Division : IMG Talent

Report to : Vice President, Talent

Role Overview:

Managing a select portfolio of Talent, in addition to working alongside Talent Managers and assisting them in the procuring, servicing and maintenance of all aspects of a select portfolio of talent’s affairs.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
  • Managing the fulfillment and logistics for designated Talent endorsements / campaigns / PR activity / & Social Media content fulfillment.
  • Participate in strategy development & implementation for selected Talent including – achievement of business & marketing objectives, social media content strategy, and implementation.
  • Procurement & management of new business opportunities for Talent, including sales outreach to brands and agencies, and preparation of related Sales materials & post campaign reports.
  • Identifying & recruiting new talent to the IMG Talent portfolio.
  • Respond to incoming commercial briefs for your portfolio of talent and general talent briefs, including negotiation of fees, in consultation with respective talent managers.
  • Procurement & management of new business opportunities for the client division generally, including arranging and attending meetings with PR / Marketing / and Advertising agencies.
  • Coordinating appearances, invitations and requests relating to selected Talent.
  • Attend events with clients in addition to IMG events when required.
  • Management of specific client division projects from when required.
  • Any other duties assigned to you from time to time.
