The opportunity

We have an opportunity for experienced Lawyers across all levels (Solicitor, Associate or Senior Associate) to join our highly regarded Sydney Insurance Statutory Classes practice group. Led by Partners, Mersina Kikinis and Ron Galea, you will be a part of a sub-team of 7 lawyers. We act for clients (insurers and government bodies) on a diverse range of matters covering both Work Injury Damages and Statutory matters - giving our lawyers a unique exposure to a broad mix of work.

Responsibilities
  • reviewing files and drafting advice on liability and damages
  • conducting client consultations and conferences
  • appearing and applying your advocacy skills in the Personal Injury Commission, District Court and Supreme Court
  • drafting correspondence and letters of instruction to medical and liability experts as well as factual investigators

You will work directly with and be mentored by Partners and senior lawyers in a genuinely open-door environment where collaboration is encouraged.
