The Partners of this team have long-standing rankings as Leading practitioners across multiple directories, and have held high-level industry roles with ARITA and the Law Council of Australia and VIC.

From the outset, you’ll be trusted with meaningful responsibility, managing the day-to-day conduct of matters, developing direct client relationships and becoming increasingly involved in litigation strategy, advocacy and Court appearances as your experience grows.

You’ll be advising insolvency practitioners, banks, financial institutions, company directors, creditors and shareholders on a diverse range of contentious and advisory matters. The practice spans corporate and personal insolvency, business restructuring and workouts, security enforcement, formal insolvency appointments and complex commercial disputes, providing broad exposure across the full restructuring and insolvency lifecycle.
