Job summary

Ideagen is seeking an Associate Regulatory Content AI & Automation Engineer in Melbourne to help shape AI-powered workflows for creating and maintaining regulatory content. You’ll contribute to AI-driven tools, prompt libraries, and automated workflows, collaborating with content, product and technology teams to improve outcomes.

You’ll design prompts, test AI outputs and help teams adopt approved AI tools while following governance and data security standards, all within a hybrid work setup in

Qualifications

• Experience or a strong interest in AI, automation or software-related work.
• Knowledge of generative AI tools and large language models.
• Understanding of prompt engineering and workflow automation tools such as Power Automate, Make or Zapier.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and collaboration skills.
• Curiosity, adaptability and a commitment to continuous learning.

In this role, you’ll contribute to the development of AI-driven tools, prompt libraries, workflow automations and evaluation processes that help teams work more efficiently and effectively. You’ll collaborate with content, product and technology teams to support the adoption of AI solutions and continuously improve outcome.
