Job summary

Global Payments is seeking an Associate Product Manager in Brisbane to help shape onboarding products and transformation initiatives across Oceania. You’ll collaborate with Product, Technology, Operations and business teams to translate customer needs into practical solutions and contribute across the full lifecycle, from discovery to launch and continuous improvement.

The role blends product thinking with business analysis and hands-on delivery in an inclusive, global team environment.

Qualifications

4+ years’ experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, Product Delivery or related role.
Experience across the end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery through to launch.
Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
Experience in Agile environments.
Knowledge of Salesforce products.

Responsibilities

Support the development and execution of product roadmaps and transformation initiatives.
Define, prioritise and manage product backlogs.
Gather and translate requirements into epics, features, user stories and acceptance criteria.
Map processes, uncover pain points and identify opportunities for improvement.
Facilitate discovery sessions and workshops with key stakeholders.
Partner across Product, Technology, Operations and the business to deliver product enhancements.
Monitor feedback and outcomes to help drive continuous product improvement.
