DoxAI in Sydney is seeking an Associate Product Manager to help shape the future of our AI product suite, focusing on document intelligence, automation, and ML solutions. You will own the product backlog and collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring AI-powered products to market.

You will collaborate with UX/UI designers, data scientists, tech leads, and vendors to deliver end-to-end customer experiences, while aligning with CEO, CTO and CPO on product strategy and scaling initiatives.

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years' experience in end-to-end product management and/or new product development.
  • Familiarity with Lean, Design Thinking, and Agile methods to uncover user needs and iterate quickly.
  • Exposure to or direct experience with AI/ML-based products, ideally in document intelligence, NLP, or automation.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to align diverse teams.
  • Demonstrated analytical skills to generate insights, identify new opportunities, and optimise product performance.
  • Creative problem-solving skills, with the ability to envision innovative solutions and translate them into practical outcomes.
  • A strong balance of commercial mindset and technical understanding, enabling you to drive impact at both strategic and execution levels.

Responsibilities

  • Define and maintain the Product Backlog, balancing customer needs, commercial value, and technical feasibility.
  • Develop commercial models and business cases to validate hypotheses and guide decision‑making.
  • Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring user‑centric product development and continuous improvement.
  • Contribute to brand and product strategy, aligning innovation with business objectives.
  • Facilitate workshops with Technology, Business, and AI Research teams to align requirements, scope, and delivery.
  • Analyse and document business and functional processes using standard methodologies and tools.
  • Translate business needs into functional designs and AI‑driven solutions, leveraging DoxAI's system capabilities.
  • Oversee project workstream deliverables, ensuring quality control and sign‑off.
  • Collaborate with UX/UI Designers, Technical Leads, Data Scientists, and Vendors to ensure smooth execution.
  • Prepare detailed documentation (process maps, requirements, data flow diagrams, specifications).
  • Participate in testing and validation to ensure high‑quality delivery of AI products.
  • Work closely with CEO, CTO, CPO, and Sales/Marketing to define, deliver, and scale DoxAI products.

THE ROLE

We are looking for a Associate Product Manager to join the DoxAI team. This role is central to shaping the future of our AI product suite, driving innovation across document intelligence, automation, and machine learning solutions.

As Associate Product Manager, you'll be both strategic and hands‑on: a passionate advocate for our products internally and externally, with a focus on delivering seamless end‑to‑end customer experiences. Location: Sydney CBD

Term: This will be an initial 12‑month max term agreement, with an option to extend.
