About the Role
Exciting opportunities currently exist for dedicated and experienced mental health nurses to work as Associate Nurse Unit Managers on the Acute Inpatient Service (AIS) of St Vincent’s Hospital Melbourne as part of our Mental Health Service.

As an Associate Nurse Unit Manager you will lead and direct nursing staff to ensure a high standard of patient care is delivered in accordance with the Values and Health Care Philosophy of the SVHM and act as a clinical role model by providing the highest standard of direct patient care.

The Associate Nurse Unit Manager role provides the opportunity to further develop your leadership skills and contribute to the ongoing development of our progressive Recovery Model of Care.

Classifications for this position will range from Registered Psychiatric Nurse Grade 3 NP83‑NP74 ($97,770‑$101,056 per annum).
