This position is a temporary full-time role with salary of RN/M2A $109,637 - $117,215 per annum, open to BHFLHN employees, with applications closing 29 October 2026.

Qualifications

• Provide high-quality, person-centred nursing/midwifery care with assessment and care planning.
• Lead day-to-day clinical care and oversee patient flow.
• Support Nurse/Midwife Unit Manager in clinical and operational activities.
• Contribute to education and mentoring of students and staff.
• Participate in quality improvement and research to enhance outcomes.

• Deliver high-quality, person-centred nursing/midwifery care, including assessment, care planning, and coordination of admissions and discharges.
• Provide day-to-day clinical leadership, overseeing care delivery within the team and supporting safe, effective patient flow.
• Support the Nurse/Midwife Unit Manager in clinical, operational, and change management activities.
• Contribute to education and mentoring by supporting students, new staff, and ongoing professional development within the team.
• Participate in quality improvement, clinical audits, and research activities to enhance patient outcomes and service delivery.
