SA Health's Eyre and Far North Local Health Network invites applications for an Associate Nurse Unit Manager in Elmhaven Aged Care, Streaky Bay. You will lead clinical nursing care and support the Nurse Unit Manager to deliver resident-centred care.

You will oversee care plans, supervise nursing staff and students, and contribute to quality improvements within a multidisciplinary team. This permanent full-time role operates on a 7-day roster with a competitive salary of 109,637 to 117,215 AUD

Formación

• Current registration, or eligibility for registration, as a Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and a current practising certificate.
• At least three years' post-registration experience, or current classification as a Clinical Nurse.
• Experience providing clinical leadership, supervision and support to nursing staff.
• Sound knowledge of aged care standards and person-centred care.
• Strong communication, organisation and clinical decision-making skills.

Overview

Elmhaven Aged Care in Streaky Bay is looking for an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as an Associate Nurse Unit Manager.

Working alongside the Nurse Unit Manager, you'll provide clinical leadership and support the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care to our residents. This is an opportunity to use your nursing experience to lead a supportive team, advocate for residents and help create a positive environment where people feel valued and cared for.

About the Role

As Associate Nurse Unit Manager, you will:
