Job summary

Heathcote Health invites applications for a Nursing leadership role reporting to the Residential Aged Care Nurse Unit Manager (RACNUM). The position focuses on safe, person-centred care and strong clinical leadership across aged care settings.

You will lead clinical teams, coordinate care on a shift-by-shift basis, ensure care plans are reviewed, and maintain precise documentation to support resident wellbeing and compliance.

Qualifications

• Postgraduate qualification in a specialty area required.
• Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent.
• Advanced assessment, care planning, delivery and evaluation skills.

Responsibilities
