Role Summary

The Associate Lead – Investment (Programmatic) is a strategic and operationally focused professional responsible for translating media strategies into actionable channel plans aligned with client objectives within the APAC region focused on programmatic media activations. They support campaign pacing, budget management, and cross-channel insight development, ensuring effective execution and control of media investments. The role involves collaborating closely with internal teams and clients to optimize campaign performance, manage resources, and drive scalable growth through strategic insights and disciplined execution.

Role Responsibilities
  • Strategy & Planning Implementation: Support development and execution of client media plans, translating briefs into channel-specific strategies.
  • Campaign & Budget Management: Proficiently monitor and manage daily pacing across campaigns to ensure spend aligns with forecasts. Flag risks or discrepancies early and adjust plans as needed.
  • Campaign Execution & Delivery: Lead or support in campaign builds, trafficking, QA, and pacing, ensuring adherence to best practices and client expectations. Conduct retrospective reviews of completed campaigns to refine future planning.
  • Insight Development & Reporting: Contribute to cross-channel insight development, post-campaign reporting, and presentation of results to clients. Support the creation of campaign summaries and strategic insights.
  • Internal & External Collaboration: Participate in internal initiatives, deliver training, and share learnings. Collaborate with strategy, creative, and media teams to ensure integrated campaign success.
  • Industry & Market Research: Dedicate time to research media landscape trends, tools, and innovations. Share insights internally and support content development for client and business growth.
  • Leadership & Soft Skills: Demonstrate proactive problem‑solving, excellent communication, team influence, and relationship‑building abilities. Support team development and foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational discipline.
  • Best practice: Implement and train the wider team on what best in class looks like in the programmatic environment.
Experience and Skills Required for role:
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or higher in marketing, media, business, or related fields preferred
  • Experience: 4+ years experience working on all programmatic platforms including but not restricted to, Display & Video 360, The Trade Desk, Amazon DSP.
  • Operational & Technical Skills: Proficiency in media trafficking, platform management, and campaign setup, including tagging and pacing optimization. Experience with media buying platforms and trafficking tools is essential.
  • Campaign & Budget Management: Proven ability to manage daily pacing, adjust strategies based on performance, and conduct retrospective analysis of campaign resource usage.
  • Client & Stakeholder Management: Strong relationship‑building skills with operational and client teams. Ability to communicate technical details clearly and persuasively.
  • Analytical & Reporting Skills: Ability to interpret platform data, generate insights, and produce clear campaign reports and summaries.
  • Process Orientation & Accuracy: Emphasis on process adherence, quality assurance, and delivering high‑standard client outputs.
  • Soft Skills: Highly proactive, organized, detail‑oriented, with strong problem‑solving, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Industry & Platform Knowledge: Familiarity with media planning platform features, programmatic tools, and industry trends. Ability to support content creation on platform features and innovations.
