Qualifications

• 8–10 years design experience with leadership of projects.
• Strong client liaison and presentation skills.
• Proven mentoring ability for junior designers.
• Deep understanding of design development and project lifecycles.

Responsibilities

• Run projects confidently with strong PM foundations.
• Coordinate consultants and manage client relationships.
• Mentor and supervise early career designers.
• Develop submissions and contribute to project strategy.
• Prepare documentation and present to external clients.
• Drive regenerative design outcomes across projects.
