You will own the end-to-end movement of surgical kits, collaborate with hospital stakeholders, and maintain high accuracy and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Available to work a rotating roster between 7am–7pm, including on-call and occasional evening shifts.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end movement of surgical kits and medical devices—from dispatch through to return and reprocessing.
• Manage the flow of critical surgical equipment across Australia and New Zealand to hospitals as needed.
• Prepare and send kits with high levels of accuracy; small errors can impact procedures.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound devices, including consignment stock, across multiple hospitals and stakeholders.
• Track, update, and maintain real-time visibility of all assets in the system.
• Perform thorough quality checks on returned kits to ensure safety and compliance standards.
• Partner with internal teams and hospital stakeholders to align on urgent surgical requirements and timelines.
• Solve problems on the fly—prioritising, adjusting, and responding to last-minute changes in demand.
