Qualifications

• A degree/post graduate qualification in town planning, environmental science or related discipline.
• Knowledge of Victorian planning legislation and development assessment processes.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage complex projects.
• Strong presentation and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop your consulting, project management and technical skills through delivering a range of planning and environmental consulting projects.
• Contribute to identifying, sourcing and winning opportunities through building client relationships and leading and/or writing proposals.
• Provide technical town planning advice and guidance to external and internal clients.
• Manage complex projects within timeframes and budgets, while supervising team members and leading positive client interactions.
• Provide training and mentoring to junior team members.
• Develop and maintain business relationships with internal and external clients.
• Provide project management experience and support to team members.
• Deliver high-quality report writing and technical deliverables.
• Work with clients in the early stages of their project to develop planning and environmental approvals strategies and scope environmental impact assessments.
• Prepare high-quality approvals documentation and environmental management plans.
• Work in a team that is part of national practice, enabling you to work on projects across Australia with our 275+ strong Environmental Solutions business.
