A premier commercial law firm in Sydney is seeking a 3 PQE Associate with experience in commercial litigation and class actions. This role offers opportunities for mentoring by experienced professionals and involvement in high-profile cases. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of legal experience, excellent drafting abilities, and a strong attention to detail. Are you an ambitious lawyer with a passion for commercial litigation and class actions? Our Dispute Resolution and Litigation team in Sydney is looking for a 3 PQE Associate with experience in commercial litigation and a keen interest in funded litigation and class actions to join our high‑performing team.
With a strong pipeline of upcoming work this is an excellent career opportunity to grow and progress in a fast‑paced but rewarding environment. The successful candidate will be provided the direct opportunity to be mentored by experienced partners and senior lawyers whilst working on complex litigation and disputes with an emphasis on class actions and large‑scale corporate disputes.
Our team also works closely with many Australian and international litigation funders and is regularly briefed on third‑party funded litigation.
