Job summary

OPSM, part of EssilorLuxottica, invites you to join the Jesmond team as a Part Time Retail Associate. No optical experience is required, as world-class training will support you to confidently guide customers through luxury frames and cutting-edge eyewear.

You will help customers with styling, processing specialised orders, and driving sales while contributing to a positive team culture. The role offers exposure to premium brands and a culture of learning within a global leader.

Qualifications

• Previous retail, sales or customer service experience.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• A genuine passion for technology, innovation and learning.
• No optical experience required – training provided.

No optical experience is required– we provide world class training to ensure you feel supported and confident providing our customers with an exceptional experience.
