EssilorLuxottica's OPSM team in Bundaberg seeks a passionate Retail Assistant to guide customers through consults, pre-tests and frame selection. You will tailor high-fashion eyewear from luxury brands to fit individual lifestyles, delivering exceptional service.

Ideal candidates have retail experience, strong communication, and a genuine desire to help people see the beauty in life. No mandatory Optical credentials required, training provided.

You will be involved in the customer’s journey from initial consult and pre-testing, to customising High-Fashion frames (from Luxury Brands such as CHANEL, Tiffany & Co. and Gucci) to suit their lifestyle.
