Key Responsibilities

• Manage a broad range of portfolios for clients, focusing on business advisory services
• Oversee tax planning, advisory and compliance for large SME individuals and businesses

• Lead and mentor a team of accounting professionals
• Contribute to the firm's growth and business development initiatives

The Ideal Candidate Will Have

• Extensive experience working in an Australian accounting firm
• CA or CPA qualifications
• Focus on technical tax issues for private clients
• Strong advisory skills and a proven track record in providing value‑added services
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• A proactive approach to client relationships and business development
• Be a current Director looking for a clear pathway to equity or an Associate Director/Senior Manager who feels blocked from progressing and is looking for a new opportunity
