We're looking for an Associate Director, Product Manager - Authentication to lead the design and implementation of critical authentication processes across all channels. In this role, you'll ensure every customer interaction is seamless, secure, and compliant with regulatory standards.

What You’ll Do
  • Drive innovation in authentication management and customer experience.
  • Collaborate with CX and Process Excellence teams to deliver frictionless yet secure authentication journeys.
  • Partner with Architecture and Technical Product Managers to ensure solutions meet security and compliance requirements.
  • Work closely with legal, regulatory, fraud, and data teams to monitor compliance, mitigate risks, and reduce fraud impacts.
  • Own and manage the Optus Authentication Policy, ensuring day‑to‑day compliance and reporting on key metrics.
