Job summary

Optus is looking for an Associate Director, Network Access to shape and deliver market-leading connectivity solutions across fixed network access technologies, including fibre, fixed wireless, NBN and third-party access networks. You will lead a cross-functional team, collaborating with Regulatory, Delivery, Networks, IT, Finance and Consumer teams to drive strategic priorities and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead delivery of fixed network access strategy, roadmap, requirements and operations across Optus fibre, fixed wireless, NBN and third-party access networks.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to drive cross-functional alignment and successful execution of priorities.
• Lead initiatives to improve product economics and commercial outcomes through network access optimization and cost management.
• Identify market trends and opportunities to inform future network access strategy and maintain competitive advantage.

WhatYou’llDo | Your day to day will consist of:

• Define and lead delivery of Optus Enterprise & Business Products fixed network access strategy, roadmap, requirements and operations – developing and delivering key initiatives across Optus fibre and fixed wireless networks, NBN, Telstra Wholesale and third-party access networks
• Collaborate closely withnetwork access partnersand internally withOptusRegulatory, Delivery, Networks, IT, Finance and Consumer teams to drive cross-functional alignment and successful execution of strategic prioritiesand operations for fixed network access products
• Lead initiatives focused on improving product economics and commercial outcomes through network access optimisation,strategic costmanagementandinvoice validation
• Identifyemerging opportunities, market trends, and industry developments to inform future network access strategy andmaintaina competitive advantage
