Job summary

DB Dental Baldivis in WA is seeking an experienced Associate Dentist to join a busy, high-tech practice with a strong patient base. Flexible full-time or part-time options, supportive team and autonomy in clinical decision-making.

You'll work with a Lead Dentist, 6 associates, and visiting specialists in a modern clinic offering general, cosmetic and surgical dentistry. On-site parking and access to CPD via NDC Academy are provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in clinical practice.
• Strong general dentistry skills with a high standard of care.
• CEREC experience is advantageous.
• Current AHPRA registration and relevant qualifications.
• Professional indemnity insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide a full range of dentistry services including general, cosmetic, and surgical procedures.
• Work with a lead dentist, six associates, and visiting specialists to deliver patient care.
• Maintain high standards of patient care and clinical autonomy.

About the Role

We're looking for an experienced and motivated Associate Dentist to join our established DB Dental Baldivis practice. Offering both full-time and part-time flexibility, this is an exciting opportunity to build your career in a modern, supportive, and high-performing environment.

You’ll be working alongside a long-standing Lead Dentist (13+ years with the practice), 6 fellow associates, and visiting specialists including a Prosthodontist, Paediatric Dentist, and Oral Surgeon with a special interest in implants. We offer a full range of services, including general, cosmetic and surgical dentistry.
