About the role

This newly created role, which reports to the Academic Dean, will be responsible for the national leadership of curriculum, academic operations and high-level faculty management across all disciplines. The Associate Dean (Teaching and Learning) will be pivotal as they work constructively with their team of four Academic Directors to collaboratively drive sector-leading excellence in the design, development and delivery of student-centred courses.

Key responsibilities

  • Champion employability as the core focus of every course, subject and assessment
  • Serve as a credible mentor and role model for faculty leaders and supervisors
  • Consistently exceed the regulatory standards expected of higher education providers
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of a national multi-campus academic portfolioAdvance the multifaceted integration of GenAI and digital learning technologies
  • Proactively identify and leverage opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Cultivate a culture of collaboration, cohesion and high faculty engagement
About you
