Job summary

Transport for NSW seeks a skilled Cyber Security Architect to translate business needs into secure technical designs that improve system integration and user experience. You will operate within the CISO function, shaping architectures across ICT and cloud environments.

Contribute to design artefacts, ensure compliance with security and enterprise standards, and support governance and risk activities. Hybrid work option available at Macquarie Park, Sydney.

Qualifications

• Experience contributing to cyber security architecture and solution design.
• Strong understanding of cloud computing and integration concepts.

• Ability to produce clear, structured security designs, diagrams, and documentation.

• Contribute to cyber solution design across complex ICT and cloud environments
• Develop and maintain architecture artefacts, models, and technical documentation
• Ensure solutions align with cyber security and enterprise architecture standards
• Support governance and assurance processes, including risk and compliance activities
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, tools, and reusable architectural patterns

This role operates in a hybrid working environment at Macquarie Park, Sydney, offering flexibility while supporting collaboration across teams.
