Medpace is seeking a full-time Associate Clinical Trial Manager in Melbourne, Australia. The role supports project coordinators and CTMs in clinical trial administration, requiring a PhD or post-doctoral research background in relevant life sciences fields.

Qualifications

• PhD in Life Sciences required.
• Research experience in cardiovascular, renal, metabolic or GI areas.
• Fluency in English with strong presentation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, international team.
• CRO/pharma experience not required but advantageous; strong IT skills.

Responsibilities

• Communicate and collaborate on global study activities with project teams.
• Ensure timely delivery of tasks with high accuracy.
• Compile and maintain project status reports in CTM systems.
• Interact with Sponsor, study sites and vendors; oversee regulatory filing system.
• Oversee study supplies and create/maintain project timelines; coordinate meetings.
