Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Chinese and comfortable communicating in multiple languages.
• Experience in customer service and front-line support.
• Experience or interest in policy/compliance roles (banking, finance, fraud).

Responsibilities

• Review applications for digital certificates and determine eligibility per policy.
• Verify company legitimacy and domain rights of the certificate applicant.
• Assist customers via chat, email, and phone to resolve issues and ensure secure issuance.
• Participate in projects and process improvements within the team.
