Associate - 4+ yrs PQE | Commercial Litigation & Insolvency

A high-end commercial litigation practice is seeking an experienced Associate or junior Senior Associate to step into a busy, sophisticated workflow and operate with real autonomy from day one. This role is ideal for a litigator who enjoys complex matters, direct client contact and a relaxed, supportive team culture.

The Opportunity

You will be working closely with an experienced senior litigator on a significant portfolio of complex matters, including clients who consistently generates challenging and high value disputes.

Your day to day work will involve:

• Various contractual disputes
• Property and building disputes
• Insolvency and recovery matters
• Major finance disputes
• Statutory demands, bankruptcy notices and enforcement work
• Supreme and Federal Court litigation
• High net worth and corporate client matters

This is a hands on role with full carriage of files, real responsibility and access to senior guidance as needed. No micromanagement, just genuine collaboration.

What You Bring
