Fitch Ratings is seeking an Associate Director/Director based in Sydney to lead analytical work on infrastructure and project finance ratings. You will oversee rating actions, write research, and present to internal committees. The role requires extensive capital markets experience and strong communication with issuers and banks.

Qualifications

Requires 7+ years in capital markets or credit analysis.
Solid infrastructure sector experience in financial services.
Strong analytical skills to identify key risk factors.

Responsibilities

Lead analytical responsibility for rating transactions in Australia (Transport, PPP, Power & Renewable).
Analyze new transactions and surveil existing ratings.
Publish research reports and rating action commentaries.
Present credits to internal rating committees and participate in sector discussions.
Maintain contact with issuers, bankers and external parties.
