Job summary

Funlab is seeking an Assistant Venue Manager for Strike Bowling & Holey Moley Mini Golf in Carousel. You will lead a guest-focused team, drive revenue, and transform the venue into a top entertainment destination.

Ideal candidates bring at least 1 year of people management, a passion for guest experiences, and strong communication. This role requires night and weekend availability and a proactive, organized mindset.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year people management experience.
• Valid RSA and Working with Children Check.
• Available to work nights and weekends.
• Experience driving revenue on shift.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Well organised planner able to handle multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead with energy, guest-focused leadership.
• Drive guest revenue on shift and cross-sell.
• Create WOW spaces at the venue.
• Support and coach a high-energy team of customer service, bar and function hosts.
• Oversee rosters, training, P&L management, forecasting, and operations.
• Foster a collaborative, inclusive culture across the team.
