A professional strata management firm in New South Wales is seeking an Assistant Strata Manager to support day-to-day operations, administrative tasks, and compliance requirements. The ideal candidate will have a COR/Strata Certificate and experience in Real Estate or Strata.   • Prepare meeting agendas and minutes.

The Role

As the Assistant Strata Manager, you will support the Strata Manager with day‑to‑day operations, administrative tasks, and compliance requirements to ensure the smooth running of a diverse portfolio. Responsibilities include:

  • Responding to emails and attending phone calls
  • Completing daily bank downloads and reconciliations
  • Issuing quote requests and work orders
  • Managing keys for customers
  • Preparing meeting agendas and minutes
  • Lodging AFSS and lift registrations under the manager’s instruction
  • Completing Strata Hub annual reports under supervision
  • Issuing levy notices and preparing debt‑collection reports as directed
  • Handling printing, envelopes, and posting
  • Following up creditors’ compliance
What You’ll Bring
  • Experience in Real Estate or Strata (preferred)
  • COR/Strata Certificate qualification
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and follow instructions
  • Willingness to learn and support the broader strata team
