Job summary

Bed Bath N’ Table in Hobart’s Rosny Park store is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in coaching and developing the team to deliver outstanding customer service and sales results.

You will manage a rotating roster to support work-life balance and lead by example in a high-performance culture, driving monthly targets and KPI achievement.

This is a key leadership role that supports the Store Manager to coach, develop and mentor the store team to strive for exceptional customer service and drive outstanding store sales.
