Job summary

Global Retail Brands Australia Pty Ltd is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for the Parafield House store at PARAFIELD SUPERSTORE (525). You will support the Store Manager, drive sales, coach the team and deliver outstanding customer experiences on a fortnightly roster.

Lead by example on the floor, oversee stock and day-to-day operations, and step in during the Store Manager's absence to maintain high standards.

We're looking for an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager and help lead our Parafield House store. You'll play a key role in driving sales, coaching the team, and delivering exceptional customer experiences, stepping in to manage the store when needed. This role operates on a fortnightly rotating roster.
