Pillow Talk is opening a new store in Gympie and seeks an Assistant Store Manager to partner with the Store Manager, leading the team to drive sales and operations. You will review performance, execute action plans, and coach staff to deliver personalised customer experiences while upholding brand standards.

You will help create a positive store culture, manage stock and visual presentation, and contribute to sustainable revenue growth through engaging leadership and strategic planning.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial, customer-centric supervisory/Assistant Store Manager role.
• Large format, high-volume retail experience.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to support the Store Manager in the overall running of the store and leading teams to consistently achieve revenue targets.
• Fashion or trend-oriented with strengths in visual display and stock optimisation.
• Operational agility with a strong inventory management capability.
• Consultative selling experience with proven ability to train and coach in the art of consultative selling.
• Entrepreneurial spirit with a track record of creating, collaborating, and implementing ideas to improve store trade.
• Strong delegation skills with the ability to drive team productivity.

Responsabilités

• Lead the team and drive the operational and sales performance of your store.
• Review store and team member performance on a regular basis and collaborate with the Store Manager to formulate and execute action plans that leverage your store’s potential.
• Be a brand ambassador and create highly personalised experiences for customers and employees alike, ensuring high engagement, enviable culture, and sustainable revenue growth.
• Coach your team in communicating our brand story and empower them by aligning efforts with the business strategy.
