Forever New Liverpool is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead our busy fashion store. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will motivate a team, drive sales, coach staff and ensure outstanding customer experiences.

You will manage rosters, mentor colleagues, and contribute to visual merchandising while embracing Forever New's values. The role suits a proven retail leader who loves fashion and delivering results. This is a hands-on position with flexibility for late nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Proven retail store leadership experience in fashion.
• Track record of achieving sales, wage, and target goals.
• Strong coaching, communication and customer service skills.
• Experience with roster planning and visual merchandising.
• Comfortable with late nights, holidays and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire the store team to meet sales goals.
• Coach and develop staff through 1:1 sessions and training.
• Manage rosters, customers, and stock to ensure great service.
• Collaborate with Store Manager on visual merchandising and floor moves.
