Job summary

Coles Liquorland Runaway Bay is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead a vibrant team and ensure an engaging customer experience. You will work with the Store Manager to keep the store looking superb, manage inventory, and support daily operations with a focus on sales performance.

You should have experience in fast-paced retail, strong people skills, and be proficient in payroll and rostering tasks. An RSA certification is required or you must be willing to obtain it to succeed in this role.

• Experience in fast-paced retail or customer-facing environments.
• Strong communication and social skills for delivering great customer experience.
• Experience in admin tasks like payroll, rostering, liquor inventory management, and store visuals.
• RSA certification required or willing to obtain.
